Hi, I am Dani – just a mum who likes to train, fuelled by coffee and chaos.

Between the absolute chaos of being a mum of two and working full time, the gym has become my space to just breathe, the only place where no one is asking me for anything and I get to just be me.

I am not a fitness influencer, I am just really good at pre tending I know what I am doing in the gym! I am just here to share the messy, busy and HONEST side of being a mum who loves to feel strong, tries to out train her stress and feels slightly more sane after a gym session.

Training keeps me grounded (and it’s cheaper than therapy) makes me happy and makes me a better mum!

Some days I crush it and some days I make a mess of it, BUT either way I am just here to prove that you can be a mum and still make time for yourself. That you SHOULD be a mum and PRIORITISE making time for yourself.
